‘B’ house, in the city of Konya in Turkey, was built in 2018.

With its history dating back to 7000 BC, Konya was home to many civilizations till then.

Konya is identified with Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî, representative of Mevlevi philosophy, consisting of tolerance and unification. This historical city has started to become the capital of tolerance and brotherhood.

Mevlana, in his philosophy, draws attention to the fact that ‘everything that appears to be opposite in the world is relative’. For him, life is nothing but the harmony of opposites. So, being different must mean something.

Mevlana is known all over the world with his philosophy of “Come no matter who you are” by allowing people to live together by tolerating all the differences. According to him, there can be a similar within each differentence ’.

The idea of seeing life and the universe in constant development, change and innovation has become an identity of this city.

The ‘B’ House aims to combine modern and traditional elements with the aim of adding meaning and comfort to the lives of the customers, by understanding Konya City and Mevlana.

As one of the most important inspirations in design, ‘green’ is invited to the building with its axles and transparency.

Today’s modernism in a historic city is manifested by simplicity in architectural design, while more traditional touches can be seen in furniture choices.

The light tones used in the space constitute an important starting point for the person to achieve inner peace.

In the building, materials with high thermal insulation in the façade and glass and LED system was preferred in all lighting, thus the consumption was aimed to be low.

In fine works, marble, solid parquet, lacquer wood, wallpaper, acrylic and paint were preferred.

High technology can be seen in the house, all electrical and mechanical processes are controlled within the smart home system.
